In true Ellis form, low key, he went to the Lawsons of Fort Myers (Indi's parents) and asked for their blessing. Then he rallied the troops of his spin classes, as well as some close friends, and invited them to an epic class being taught by both himself and his mentor, and best friend, Khari Manuel.

The class sold out.  Khari and Jennifer flew in from Oklahoma to witness this event that Indi knew nothing about.  She thought it was all about the two friends being able to teach a class together. This was the rouse to keep Indi in suspense. But Ellis had other plans.

That morning, Jennifer suggested that she put some make up on before going to class because they were going to take pictures afterwards. So, Indira followed suit even though she thought it was a little nuts to put on lipstick and mascara to ride a spin class. She still had no clue what was going to happen.

It wasn't until he called her down to the front of the class and he reached for a tiny box, that she realized what was about to happen! Ellis got down on one knee in front of 35 riders and friends and asked her to marry him! And she said yes!
