|   | | Cody and I met at Sparks in the Park in 2013. (Fire work show in Ash Grove) We started dating September 7th 2013. We have been inseparable ever since. We were so young when we started dating, we have literally grown up together. Shortly after both of us were out of high school we started renting our first home just outside of Halltown, Mo. We loved living there but we knew we wanted something of our very own. The beginning of August I sent Cody a picture of this house I had found on Zillow. It was perfect, it was close to his parents aswell as my mom and Jeremy. Cody told me that he contacted the realtor about it but they were on vacation and wouldn’t get back to him for a few weeks. August 19th Cody had a birthday party at my aunts house for me. At the end of the night after I opened up all my gifts Cody threw me a box. There was several boxes that I had to open, each one getting smaller and smaller. Once I reached the last one there was a note that read, “ they took our offer, we got the house”. I couldn’t believe it. As I went to go give Cody a hug, he got down on one knee and pulled a ring from his boot. Of course I said Yes!! Fast forward to now. We have a beautiful home on 40 acres. We have three furr babies and counting down the days until we vow to love each other forever! |
