Our Story begins many years ago, back to both of our childhoods. Ironically enough we both met and spent alot of time together with our families growing up in the same church. Typical childhood crushes that happened, and the majority of the time I was unaware. Mainly because he was supposed to be dating my childhood best friend at the time. Time flys and we now fast forward many years, my family moved due to the military and being restationed to Florida, I grew up, graduated and had a son of my own. He also grew up and took a different path leading him to The Navy and Hawaii. A couple of years ago we both receive a FaceBook Post that tagged us seperately of all the people that were a part of our old church congregation when we were just children. His sly move was to comment about a crush he had on me back then and tagged my name. I was in disbelief and naturally had to correct his comment, reminding him of his "dating" my childhood bestfriend. Well undoubtedly that opened up a door of communication and we began our long distance communication and "talking" if you will. Over time we made arrangements to meet and I insisted he take the first step to come see me and reunite in Florida. He obliged and came. We hit it off so well and instantly felt an attraction that when he asked to make it official and become a couple, I didnt hesitate. A year would pass and we continue getting to know each other and communicate every possible way through technology during the long distance, he visited a couple more times and then we planned an actual family vacation to PR. An amazing and wonderful experience that will never be forgotten for in fact that was where the magic happened and he proposed. Our story is just beginning because with our wedding soon arriving, many more wonderful adventures and exciting chapters await in our bright future to come!
