Ted grew up in El Cerrito, CA and began his career in college as an entrepreneur in Legalshield. Jen grew up in Daly City, CA and had just moved back from Illinois after finishing her doctorate degree in veterinary medicine.

How they met:
The concept of online dating was new to both of them, but after a few good laughs with meeting people from free dating sites, it was time for something different.

--November 2014--

Jen signed up for eHarmony to see what all the buzz was about. Within a couple days, a handsome fellow named Ted contacted her.  She was hesitant to respond at first, but after going through eHarmony’s “guided communication” with Ted, they decided to meet over lunch at Boudin Bakery in San Francisco. Who would've thought that it would be possible for two complete strangers to fall in love?

From that day...their relationship bloomed into their very own fairy tale filled with much Love, Growth, Adventure, and of course - Coffee & Sweets!

*Fun Fact: Jen called to cancel her eHarmony account within 24hrs of signing up due to the cost. Luckily, the sales representative convinced her to try it for 3 months for an unbeatable price... and she never had to use it again afer the first week! SPECIAL THANKS to the eHarmony sales lady! :)
