We are going back to where he proposed...Riviera Maya, Mexico.  Pictures this:

A beautifully set table on the beach at sunset.  Great food and plenty of wine.  Oh yeah, did I mention the saxophone player who came and serenaded us!  At the end of dinner, I thought we were done so I got up and started walking away.  I look back and Jesse was still by the table so of course I go back.  That's when he got down on one knee and proposed.  It was everything a girl could ask for.
