As most of you know, Michael and I met each other more than twenty years ago through mutual friends and became friends ourselves, and when I came out of a troubled relationship, Michael was there for me as a friend at first and then as more.  Unfortunately, life gets in our way sometimes, and Mike and I had our ups and downs over the years, but our friendship never left.  We found our way back to true about six years ago.  I truly believe we are kismet, destined to be part of each others lives forever.  

We are both stubborn and goofy and messy and fun.  I love my silly honeyman, and I know he loves me too.  I am marrying my best friend after all this time.  Michael says it was a war of attrition...lol.  I just think we had to wear down our rough edges some and then fit them together strong enough to stand up to whatever life throws at us. 

Through good and bad and all the in-between, we are both so happy and looking forward to staying a couple of big kids who love each other dearly for all the rest of our days.
