Scott and Karissa first met in 6th grade at Eastland Middle School.  They went to school together and shared many intrests like four wheeling, so every once and awhile they would hang out together with friends.  Not until Senior year did they find that they had more in common than either of them knew. After Scott asked Karissa to the schools winter formal dance they began dating.  After graduation Karissa went to Benedictine University which was not far from where Scott moved in with his brother.  Time passed and they remained together.  After about 4 years Scott and Karissa finally moved into a house together in DeKalb.  Within 6 months Scott popped the question.
