Denny proposed on November 7, 2015. They went out to dinner with family and after dinner Denny gave Kathlene a gift , which was a pair of skates centerpiece she had wanted the year before. As she opened it she noticed the light was on in the box, which prompted her to open the box and take out the skates. Within seconds she realized that a ring was tied to the laces. Denny took the ring me got down on his knee and proposed. She said Yes and the whole restaurant cheered. What a special night this was for us all!
