I wanted to give everyone a heads up that the deadline to book your room is December 17th, 2013.  As of today only one room has been booked. Please click the link on the homepage of this website and you can book right there. The deposit of $200 is due up front and the rest of the cost is due upon arrival.

In addition, I have been putting together some fun items to welcome everyone and say Thank You! I am getting very excited. Cant wait to see you all on the sandy beaches!

Hello fam and friends!!

I have gotten a ton of questions about flights. There are a lot of long layovers and high prices for the dates most of you will be coming and leaving. So I decided to go on flight look out every day for the past 30 days and I want to share with you some tips and some flights I have personally found. Keep in mind prices change every day.

Tip #1 Monday and Tuesday are the best days to book. Prices tend to be cheaper.

Tip #2 Check all airports Baltimore (BWI), Dulles (IAD), Regan (DCA) and even Richmond (RIC) - I have found the most competitive prices out of Richmond.

Tip #3 See who else will be traveling the same days as you and come as a group. This will cut down on shuttle fees and if flying out of BWI or RIC it will save on parking and gas.

Tip #4 Change the days around and experiment with the pricing. Ex. flying home Monday 2/24 is cheaper than Sunday 2/23, but it does add an extra day on to your trip so you will have to count for the room night expense to see if it is worth the money saved.

I have heard that most people will be flying in on Thursday 2/20 and flying out on Sunday 2/23. For those exact dates flying out of Richmond (RIC) I was able to find a price of $625/pp with the following flight details:

Depart Richmond, VA at 6:35 am  (AirTran #322)

Layover in ATL for 50 min

Arrive in Punta Cana at 1:35 pm (AirTran #1223)

Return

Depart Punta Cana at 4:37pm (AirTran #1241)

Layover in ATL 1 hr 35 min

Arrive in Richmond, VA at 10:34pm (AirTran #227)

I also found a similar flight out of Dulles (IAD) with a slightly longer layover for $558.75

Depart Dulles at 6:00 am (United Airlines 6142)

Layover in NJ 2 hr 1 min

Arrive in Punta Cana at 2:16pm (United Airlines 1514)

Return

Depart Punta Cana at 3:21pm (Copa Airlines 151)

Layover in Panama City 2 hr

Arrive in Dulles at 11:47pm (Copa Airlines 488)

**These prices are were found today and change daily.

I hope this helps you to find the best airfare available. We want everyone to have a fun relaxing trip and not have to worry about money!

xoxo Kayla and Matt

Hello family and friends!

I realized that this important information was left off of our invitations. You must go online and book your room prior to 12/18/13. Once you have done this I ask you to please send us your dates. We want to make sure it gets added to our block.

We love you all!

Kayla & Matthew

Hey fam and friends!

We are finally registered! I posted links to our Etsy and Bed, Bath and Beyond registries on our welcome page. We are still putting together our Honeymoon Wishes registry. We should have that together in a few days.

We love you all xoxo

I have noticed some issues with the link that was given on the wedding accommodations page of the invitation. If you have had issues as well the link below is going to help you out:

The wedding invitations have been sent! It was a task getting them adressed but I did it - and all on my own:) I really love the way the silver caligraphy pens looked against the envelopes. Everyone should be receiving them within a week.
