Plated lunch will include mixed green salad, rolls, steamed vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes and your choice of the following entree selections:
Chicken Picatta
Breast of chicken with a sauce of fresh lemon, white wine, and capers.
Chicken Orange County
Sherry wine sauce, artickoke hearts, mushrooms, chives, and parsley.
Roast Prime Rib of Beef
With Au Jus and creamed horseradish.
Tortellini Alfredo
Cheese filled Tortellini in a creamy alfredo sauce with fresh vegetables.
Children's Meal (under 10)
Chicken Tenders, French Fries, Ranch Dressing, and Fresh Fruit
Coffee, tea, and citrus water will be provided. We will not be hosting the bar, but alcohol will be available for you to purchase during the reception. Champagne (or sparkling cider) toast will be included, of course. |
