We went on a family trip to Florida for Christmas 2013. My grandparents live there and I couldn't wait to introduce Brandon. We drove there in an RV with my cousin Jaime and her kids, my mother, my 3 girls, and all my nieces except for baby Harper. This trip had much more in store than I expected. Everyone was acting very strange. Being very quiet when I came around and just dissappearing all the time. We went to the beach one day during our trip. All of us including my floridian cousin Kala and her kids.. again everyone was acting very strange so I asked Brandon if he wanted to take a walk. So we did. When we got back everyone was jumping around in a group and slowly they backed up. Written in the sand were the words "will you marry me" I looked at Bramdon as he was getting on one knee, looking up at me holding a ring. Again my daughters witnessed the whole thing. It was the best proposal I could have imagined. later I found out that not only did he ask for my dads permission to propose bit he also asked for my daughters permission. of course they saod yes and now we are planning our new life together as a family.

   Hello dear friends and family. First I want to tell you how much we appreciate you visiting our website. OK so the story of how we became a couple goes like this.  Last summer I was spending more time with my brother in Austin which brought me closer to one of his best friends(Brandon) for the past 15 years. Still we didnt see much of eachother but a friendship was building. One night we were going to hear my daughters play. I have three teenage daughters who play in a band together. i found out that Brandon was coming with my brother. I asked him to be my date because I was tired of always being the one without a partner. I didn't think anything of it. Just thought we would have a fun night. I always thought my brothers friends were off limits so i didnt even let my mind go there. Something happened that night that neither of us had any control over. I came out of the bedroom before we were gonna leave. He was in the livingroom. He turned and looked at me, we locked eyes,and he told me how great I looked. I didn't want to look away from him and neither did he.That was it. The sparks were flying. i had been searching for that look for years. I wanted a man who truly saw me and loved me for exactly who I am. From that moment on I knew. Later we went to the gig. It was the best first date of my life and my daughters witnessed the whole thing. The date was July 6 2013. I've downloaded a picture of the night. We were dancing all night and very sweaty but it marks the beginning.
