|   | Casey and Zac met at Nashvilles, a country bar in Waikiki. Zac and his friends were always out on the dance floor teaching others how to two step or line dance. Casey and her friend Tiana love to dance and embraced learning the country style. Over time they all became friends and you could find them almost every weekend dancing at Nashvilles. It was on the dance floor that Zac and Casey discovered a connection. They began exploring other parts of the island together taking their friendship and love of adventure beyond the dance floor. On July 5th, 2017 they began dating. Their relationship from day one was special for them both, neither had felt anything this deeply before. They continued to grow together as they made memories together; scuba diving, riding their motorcycles, horseback riding, and hiking. Their first trip together was to Las Vegas to meet Casey's parents. While in Las Vegas they solidified their connection while exploring the desert and caverns together.Casey and Zac complement each other well. They are willing and able to face challenges and embrace the changes life will throw their way. |
 | On July 7th, 2018, on the San Antonio River Walk, Zac proposed to Casey. Zac is currently a Sgt. in the United States Marine Corps working on repairing helicopter components. He has deployed to Okinawa, Japan and South Korea. His parents are Jeff Lakey and Sunnie Mitchell.Casey is a graduate student at the University of Hawaii working on her Ph.D. in Earth and Planetary Science. She has traveled to Chile, New Zealand, Austrailia, Antarctica, and many other places for her research. Her parents are Bruce and Karen Honniball. |
