• There was a day when I looked at him as just another guy, 
  
  My heart was in pain, never thought I'd give love another try!
  
  I would go out with my girls to have a little fun,
  
  Always ran into him, never thinking he could be the one! 
  
  We would talk and act silly all hours of the night, 
  
  And dancing around with him actually felt so right! 
  
  Fours years go by when he finally decides to ask me out, 
  
  Glad I gave it a chance, now I know what true love is really about!
  
  A kind, caring, & gentle soul, he has taught me so many things! 
  
  He loves me for me and has helped me to realize many blessings! 
  
  We laugh, we play, we have had our good and our bad days, 
  
  But there is no other man I would want to share those times with anyways.
  
  My 30th bday, we take a boat ride.
  
  I was thinking we’d just go for a swim.
  
  At sunset, we get to an island, he gets on a knee & asks me to marry him!
  
  Sweetest and most romantic feeling I’d ever felt, I knew we were true.
  
  There was no way I would give this up, no matter what we may go through.
  
  Years go by, we move in together, 
  
  Gaining so much love and trust.
  
  Life begins to get in the way but we always know marriage will be a must. 
  
  There will always be mountains or rocks getting in our way. 
  
  But if you love someone, you must let them know you are here to stay. 
  
  So now as we embark on many more adventures in this life..
