 | We met at our friends' house, Jamie & Red, on New Year's Eve 2011. He had been there all day cooking a pig and hanging out with Red. I didn't arrive until 9 pm. When I first saw him, I thought he was super cute. He come over and introduced himself. I noticed he kept coming over and standing by me but wouldn't say much. As it got closer to midnight, he told me I was very pretty and asked if I would give him a New Years kiss. I said thank you but no, I just met you! I thought it was the cutest thing ever! He continued to ask and finally compromised by settling with me giving him a kiss on his cheek. Before we all left, he asked for my number and to take me out, but I kept putting him off because I wasn't sure if I was ready for another relationship. He continued to call and wouldn't give up, so we started hanging out as friends. The relationship grew stronger quickly after. The picture was taken the first time we went out as friends after we met. We went to an LSU party at our friends' house, Tana & Travis. I still remember the day we met like it was yesterday. I thought his approach was too cute and am so thankful he didn't give up!!! |
