Bishop McCarty is the Senior Pastor at Healing Waters Worship Center. He has baptized both Derek and I and is officating at our wedding. We both love and respect Pastor MCCarty and consider him our friend. Together with our Pastor we have established a solid foundation in our realtionship with God and have made Him our first realtionship and then each other second. P-Mac is a very easy man to talk to and is one of the funniest men I know. He preaches in a way that we can relate to and understand. We look forward to raising our future children at HWWC and having them dedicated by Bishop McCarty and growing even stronger in our faith. We LOVE you P-Mac !!

Rebecca is the Leader of the Young Adults group at HWWC and she is a friend of both Malia & Derek. They both love to hear Rebecca sing and think she has the voice of an angel. Rebecca was the very first person they thought of when they were planning their wedding. Rebecca will do a solo as Malia walks down the isle.

Beth is the Mom of my Maid of Honor, Chelsea. Beth has always been like a second mom to me. She was so very excited when I asked if she would help me with the wedding. Beth is the Mistress of Ceremonies at the The Reception.

Caroline is one of my best friends from work. She makes my day complete from 9-5 LOL . I was excited when Caroline said she would also be my Mistress of Ceremonies she will be in charge of events at the Church.

My Maid of Honor, Chelsea King, We have been best friends since middle school. I remember going to all of the dances together, taking tons and tons of pictures, being crazy and laughing so hard until we were both in tears or peeing our pants! If I wasn't at her house she was at mine, we have had our ups and downs and have learned so much about life together. I know whenever we are old and have wrinkles we will still be laughing until we are in tears an peeing our pants or if you want to say our "depends"! I am so happy she will be by my side on the most wonderful day I have been dreaming of and getting to experience this with me as I get to experience her raising the most cutest sweetest baby boy in the world whom also is my ring bearer! I am so excited for this day and so so happy she is my Maid of Honor! I love you Chelsea King!

Jen is one of my bridesmaids, I have known Jen for 4 years. She is married to my brother (the handsome man in the picture above). I could'nt have picked a better wife for my brother. Jen is so loving and so much fun to be around and I love that when she came into my life she came with the most amazing crazy fun daughters! I love my two niece's. We have so many things in common it's unreal!! I love going to concerts with her and even our haunted hay rides which terrify me but I love it. I am so happy she is my sister and I honestly wouldn't have it any other way, an so happy she will be by my side experiencing this magical day with me! I love you Jen!!

Emily Whitead, She is one of my bridesmaids and one of my most deareast friends. I have known Emily since the 11th grade when we had vet. class together. Whenever we are together we are crazy, corky and just all around little kids! We always have a great time no matter where we are, even in school,we would cut up an have fun and I remember in vet. class Emily and I an some of the other girls in the class would call ourselves the "fab five" we just thought we were all so cool. I had the honor of being in her wedding and watching her marry the man of her dreams and I cant wait until she gets to share this amazing day with me and watch me walk down the aisle to the man I have been praying and dreaming of! She has been with me through thick and thin and I know we will always be sisters forever! I love you Emily!!!

Megan Fyfe is one Bridesmaids, She is the sister of my fiance Derek Fyfe. Even though megan and I dont have the history like I have with my other girls, when Megan and I met we connected instantly! She is the most sweetest caring person I have known and met, she is so cute and bubbly and has such a big heart for others! I am so excited to become part of her family and be her sister! I can't wait to experience life with her and have her by my side on the day I have been dreaming of!! I love you Megan and feel so blessed to have you as my sister!

Brandy Dodson, she is one of my Bridesmaids. I have known Brandy for a year now and she is such a amazing and caring  person! I always tell her she was an angel sent from heaven, we met at a fundraiser for one of the girls we work with. She always tells me that we should be on Oprah because we are sister's seperated at birth because we are so much alike its crazy. She is a wonderful mom to one of the cutest little girls ever!We go to the same church together and I am so blessed to have her in my life and so happy she will be by my side on the day I have been waiting for!! And by the way Derek and I wouldn't be Derek and I if it wasn't for you Brandy for introducing us! I love you Brandy!!

I think Carlee is the most precious girl I have ever met. She is a fun, bright, spirited pre-teen that loves the Lord!! Carlee is an inspiration to me . I met Carlee at Healing Waters and just fell in love with her. One Halloween Carlee dressed as Pastor Mac, now that takes some spunk to dress up like your Pastor LOL We love Carlee and are so happy to share this day with her!! Love you baby girl !

Katlyn is my niece, she is my brother Matthew's daughter.. She loves her Aunt Meme and  Future Uncle Derek. Katlyn is the apple of my eye and I spoil my little hummingbird every chance I get!! I had a hummingbird tattoo put on my side out of the love I feel for my little Katlyn because when she was a little baby she would hum when she would drink her bottle and I gave her the nickname hummingbird. Katlyn never fails to make me laugh. Katlyn is my little "Best Buddy and Best Friend" ALWAYS! I can't wait to see her in her big white TuTu dress  walking with me. I know one day I will be crying at HER wedding.

My Dad is my world, he is a true example of what being a Man/Father truly is. My Dad is my mentor, my best friend, and most of all my Father. I am very proud of him because he is a very seccessful man, and also raised a wonderful family. From the time that I started Fishing/Hunting when I was 3 years old until now, those were they greatest times of my life. He is a man with a lot of wisdom that I look up to. Just this past year because of this man praying for me and staying by my side day in and day out I gave my heart to the Lord. I am thankful for him everyday, and I can't wait to have a man with this much meaning in my life to be my best man at my wedding. I can only hope to be half the Man/Father he is. Love you Dad. 

James it the brother of my fiance'. James is an amazing tattoo artist at Blue Horse Shoe Tattoo in Hampton and he works hard for his family.  He is a family man. James has been married for 1 year to Jen and he is an awsome step dad to his two daughters. Mailia, James, his wife Jen and I have gone to the movies together, and I enjoy hanging out with them dearly.  It would be an honor to have him as one of my Groomsman, and as a Brother in law. Love you Man.

Little TJ is the son of Maid of Honor Chelsea King and Groomsmen Thomas Batchelor. TJ will be about a 1 1/2 years old at the time of the wedding. He is just a happy, adorable baby and will still the spotlight!!

I met Thomas when I started dating Malia. We have been fishing, 4 wheelin, and have had many laughs. It was at Thomas and Chelsea's where  I taught Malia how to shoot a gun. Thomas is a very good friend and a great father. Thomas and Chelsea have both attented our chruch. I'm happy to have him as a Groomsman.

Andrew is the Brother that I never had, and my right hand man. I have known this man all of my life and we have been through and done so much together. We met each other when we were kids at the hunting club. We have  been hunting together, gone to parties and most of all gone down to Nags Head together. We have been through it all. I am so proud to see the man he has become, it just makes me feel so old knowing that he is out of high school and now starting to become a adult .I am so thankful to have you as a man that I can always count on and you know that I will always be there for you. I love you Andrew with everything man and this will never change. Love you Bro.

Justin is the boyfriend of Derek's sister Megan, but he is more like a member of the Fyfe family. I am very thankful that Justin said he would be a Groomsmen. Derek has known Justin for about 2 1/2 years and is looking forward to getting to know him even better in the years to come.
