From P.S 184 until Penn State our relationship transformed from the best of friends into the soon-to-be Bartons. On January 15, 2011 this love sick young man asked this hopeless romantic of a young woman to be his girlfriend. Its been one love enriched journey since then..... 

 On January 15th, we went out to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. We were going to dinner when Devon decided to walk the Brooklyn Bridge, our special place. It was a brisk night and we only decided to walk the bridge because we wanted to see the city lights and just enjoy our night together. Halfway across the bridge, Devon pretended to lose something and began frantically search his pockets. Immediately, I began questioning and looking through my bag for this mystery item.  As we were searching for whatever it is  he pretended to lose, suddenly he was one knee with ring in hand. After pouring his heart out on the brooklyn bridge I said "YES"! That was the beginnning of the rest of our lives!!

We will say our "I do's"on October 18th, 2018. Our union will take place in Atlanta, Georgia surrounded by you, our family and friends. We can't wait to have a unique, modern, and luxury wedding to celebrate becoming The Bartons.  

We our honored and humbled to share this experience with those who care for us most. Devon and I are looking forward to taking this new leap with all of you by our side.
