As we prepare for our special day all that could not attend are in our hearts, those that will be traveling please carefully read the following infortmation for both sailing and non-sailing guest. The Wedding is Saturday, March 14, 2020, Tampa Port Carnival Paradise We ask all guest to be at the Pier at promptly at 10:00AM to begin the check-in process so once the ship is cleared, we will be able to priority board before all other cruising passengers. Guest who do not arrive at the time we board will have to make their own way on the ship. Non-Sailing Guests: All non-sailing guest are to be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when warriving at the cruise terminal. Derrick and I submitted a guest list for all non-sailing guests including your names and date of birth. You will need to provide your state issued photo ID at the time of check in, please have it available. You will leave your ID with Security in the terminal and be given a guest pass to board the ship. Non-sailing guest are welcome to tour the ship until the ceremony time. All non-sailing guest must debark the ship immediately after the reception. When leaving the ship, you will need to re3deddm your ID in the ship's terminal. Sailing Guests: All non-sailing guests should be completely dressed and ready for the wedding when arriving at the cruise terminal. Staterooms may not be ready prior to the wedding. Only one hand carry on bvag will be permitted for saling guest and must fit through the security machine. All other bags must be ched with the Porters. Please ensure everything you need for the wedding and reception, as you will not see your checked bags until after the reception. |
