We first met at the wonderful world of concrete AKA Vulcan Materials where we are both currently still employed. Nate had been working there for a few years before I went to work there, both our dads had already been co workers there for decades. During one of my first few days there, I was in the breakroom and Nate was on his way out, I said hi and smiled and he avoided eye contact mumbled "Hey..." and walked out. (He's still working on first impressions...). Thankfully, the shyness subsided throughout time and so began our relationship! 

Nathan proposed to me on July 10, 2015 at the Goodstone Inn with a beautiful ring and an even more beautiful promise. 

Since then, we have purchased our first home together in Stafford County and spend much of our time on household projects with the help of our amazing parents. Nate now has his very own "Nate-flix" room to occupy his hobby/obsession. We both love exploring the new community we reside in by visiting local boutiques and resturants in Downtown Fredericksburg and going on walks by the Rapahannock River. 

Our life together has brought us both so much excitement and joy, we have even added our first beloved fur baby, Kloe!
