To the guest who don't know me very well my name is Rochelle born in Quezon City, Philippines on December 20, 1985. My family and I didn't have much, but as a kid the daily struggles weren't made known to me. When my grandpa died, my mom and grandma immediately had to find ways to make sure everyone, everyone being 10 people in the household, had food in their stomach. My mom also made sure that I received a good education, I was enrolled at St. Joseph private school till I was seven. Leaving mom behind, my cousin and I  flew across the country  to Lake Forest, Ca where I met up with my aunts, uncles and grandma.

Growing up, my family was my motivation to change the life we were given. So, I made sure I got good grades in high school went to Orange Coast Community College for my prerequisites in nursing and transferred to Cal State San Bernardino and graduated with my BSN in March of 2010.

Being blessed with a great job I am fortunate to be able to enjoy the things I wasn't able to do when I was younger. I try to live life to the fullest by travelling with Erik and my family, hanging out with my friends and taking hikes to be engulfed in nature. My soul yearns for adventure and I take every opportunity placed in front of me. My biggest adventure is my life with Erik. Words can't express how excited I am for our future together.

For those of you who do not know me yet, my name is Erik and it will be my extreme pleasure to meet you. I was born August 24^th 1987 to Robert and Kjersti. Like Rochelle, I am a registered nurse although I graduated just recently in June of 2013. While I do love my work, I truly enjoy myself most when I am outdoors and even more so when I am outdoors and out of town. Any sport, any hike, any sight, any eatery and anything else that is new and fun and vivacious. There is not a person I have ever met so fun and vivacious as Rochelle and I love her with all that I am and ever hope to be. A special gratitude goes from me to you and I welcome you to my family, and am endlessly indebted to you all for allowing me into yours.

I grew up in Riverside, California the youngest of three siblings, the beautiful and gracious Brian and Heather. I am blessed with a close knit network of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. In 2007 I started working at Riverside Community Hospital in the emergency department as a technician; at the time I was only looking for a night job. But, I fell in love with healthcare as a calling and a profession. I began working towards becoming a nurse shortly thereafter.

I have spent the last two years slugging it out through nursing school, while working full-time and beginning my adventure with Rochelle. I am so excited to move forward, strange as it may be to be out of school after so many years, with such a wonderful, beautiful and supportive partner.
