Bride

I knew Robbie was taking me on a trip to celebrate both of our birthdays. He wouldn't tell me where we were going just what to pack and that we were doing a lot of walking. I had a hunch but, I didnt want to ruin the surprise. When we arrive in Orlando and he confirmed we were going to Walt Disney World.  I was so excited he surprised me with a trip to such a magical place. I had no idea that he still had another surprise up his sleeve.

Robbie told me he wanted to start at 8 in the morning and end the night at 10 o'clock at night at The Magic Kingdom for the fireworks. I protested saying I didn't think I could make it the whole day that maybe we should see about catching them another night. He said no, you can make it. I don't know how, but I stuck it out for him. When I came out of the restrooms about an hour before the fireworks Robbie was talking to a photographer, he said she tried to sell him something. I believed him, but thought it was strange that a group of photographers was forming behind me and kept talking and then looking at me. For a few minute I thought maybe....  But, I told myself no, just enjoy your night. Finally, once we were situated in the right spot to view the fireworks the song wishes comes on. Robbie asked me if I made a wish because he did and it came true. I asked what he wished. He said for me to be his princess and be with him for ever. He got down on one knee opened up a box containing the most beautiful ring, my response was very loud 'Holy s***'. Robbie's words were much more elligant 'you are my best friend and the love of my life, will you marry me?'  I asked if this was really happing and then of course, yes. It was beautiful. I have never felt so special.
