Brad and I met at Florida Southern College where we were both attending for Music. Brad plays the saxophone and I sing. Neither of us were originally from Lakeland, but Lakeland has brought us together and we both decided to continue living in Lakeland after my graduation. We were best friends for a year and when I decided to take courses for 6 months in Brazil, we found ourselves writing to each other all the time. As soon as I arrived back to Lakeland from Brazil, Brad got the courage to ask me out on a date. We have been dating ever since!

Brad e eu nos conhecemos na Florida Southern College (nossa Faculdade) onde estávamos estudando a música. Brad toca saxofone e eu canto. Nenhum de nós foram originalmente de Lakeland, mas Lakeland trouxe-nos juntos e ambos decidiram continuar a viver em Lakeland depois da minha formatura. Nós éramos melhores amigos por um ano e quando eu decidi fazer cursos de seis meses no Brasil, nós encontramo-nos a escrever uns aos outros o tempo todo. Assim que cheguei de volta para Lakeland do Brasil, Brad tem a coragem de me convidar para sair em uma data. Temos sido namoro desde então!
