We are going on 8 years strong. We started talking about getting married about 3 years ago. I planned to ask her around the holidays that year and took my mom with me to shop for the ring a week or so before Christmas. I told Sarah we were looking at a piece of furnature for her, knowing she really wanted a full length Mirror/Jewely box and hoping he wouldn't see through me. I think she did anyway though. The excitement was building and a friend wouldnt' stop talking about it around her and kept hinting around it.

SO, I didn't wait...I asked and she said YES!!!
