Seth and I want to start off by thanking each of you so much for the support each of you has given each of us, both in our relationship and in our individual lives! You have all managed to shape the two of us in important ways that helped us become the Seth who proposed and the Amelia who said "yes." For that we are extremely grateful!

We will be getting married May 26th of this year-- and we have a lot to do between now and then! But we are sure that it will all come together. And even if nothing does come together, we'll still be married at the end of the day, and that's what really counts, right? We only wish we had the freedom to have every single person we know and love present to witness the ceremony, and if cost was permitting, we certainly would! But even with the intimate ceremony that we have ahead of us, we know that we will be in the thoughts and prayers of many more than those who are physically present with us. Just one more thing to be so very thankful for!

Seth and I would love to kick off our marriage right, celebrating by running off some place really special and staying there for as long as we can afford. But with the financial challenges of starting a household, we have more monetary restraints on honeymoon options than we are able to fully ignore. As such, we don't see this in any way as a cop-out gift option for people who couldn't take time out to go to a store and pick out a present-- believe us, any contribution toward our honeymoon will be a huge gift that will create memories we'll have for the rest of our lives together!
