This Princess finally got her Prince Charming! My fiance and I looked at rings one day. I chose three rings, then he later went back to pick out THEE ring. When he was ready for the right opportunity to propose, he made reservations for a luxury high-rise hotel. Our room was second from the top with a balcony. I knew that he would ask me eventually since we looked at rings together and we have known each other on and off since 1997. I just didn't know when he would propose. I didn't think about it when we arrived at the hotel. I thought he was just being his usual romantic self. He asked me to come outside on the balcony. We enjoyed the view, and then he pulled from his pocket, a small brown box! He got down on one knee and asked me if I would marry him! I said YES!!! I jumped up and down like a little girl! He had picked out my favorite ring too! He's the man of my dreams and my best friend. I'm head over heels in love with him! He proposed on 3-22-14. So, now I had to figure out a wedding date. I summed up 3+22+14=39. I also determined that 12-13-14 is the last date in consecutive date order and is also easy to remember. Then, I summed up 12+13+14=39. Today, as I'm writing this, is Friday, May 23rd, 2014. I am 39 today and I am determined that this is my year!
