On December 15th, during the day we were browsing around the shopping district, Mike stumbled upon Rennaissance Jewlers. We browsed around picking out different things for the kids and few things for ourselves. And then there was "THE RING" there was nothing else like it in the store. I believe that Mike knew at that moment he wasn't leaving without it. The cherry on top of this, is that I was escorted by my very own personal body guard through the town to the master jewler, and watched as my ring was being custom made right in front of my very eyes. Later that evening we were at the Sunset Grille a beachside restaurant at the Secret Harbour Resort. Mike convienced me to have drinks on the beach and listen to the waves to wind down for the evening. That's when he popped the question! After this night we extended our stay in the Virgin Islands for a few more days to allow it all to soak in!
