Booking Terms & Conditions:
PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit of 1-night is due at the time of booking. The full balance will be automatically charged 14-days prior to arrival date to the original credit card used when making your reservation. Please Note: The charges for this reservation will appear on your credit card statement as “AMRDirect, LLC”.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled from the time the reservation is made until 4 days prior to arrival date will incur a fee of $50.00. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of arrival date will be charged a penalty of 1-night’s stay. No show reservations will be charged a penalty of 1-night’s stay.
