On June 20, 2016 Christian proposed in Chincoteague, Virginia. While camping in Virginia, we made plans to get pictures taken while at the beach. Christian and I both put on dressy clothing and walked down to the pier. We started taking pictures; when I turned around to see what we would be doing next, Christian had gotten down on one knee. Of course I said yes! My family was able to capture the moment by video as well as pictures. This is a moment that we will never forget. It will be a unique experience to get married on the beach since we got engaged on the beach.
