Jon and Magen met in high school back in 1998. On a dare taken from a friend, Jon asked Magen out...luckily she said yes and that began their relationship. Memories of Jon and Magen include riding around in Jons Mustang..usually in which his music was too loud and Magens dad had to remind Jon to turn it down when picking her up for school...., going to dances, roadtrips, laying out at the pool, and buying their first home together. In October of 2006, Jons family and Magen took a trip to St. Pete Beach, Florida.В Jon secretly bought the engagement ring the morning of the flight out and carried it in his pocket the whole way to Florida. Magen and Jon took a walk on the beach where Jon proposed and Magen was so excited and nervous...she forgot to say yes!В Luckily yes! finally came out and the wedding planning has been in full force ever since.В We feel very lucky to have found each other and been able to share our lives together. But, we know we couldnt have done it without our family and friends and that is why we are so excited to share our wedding day with them!В We are very excited to see everyone and thank all of you in advance!
Our wedding is at Sacred Heart Church in Indianapolis on August 29th, 2008 at 6:30 in the evening. Bridal party attendants include flower girl Samantha Bova, Ring Bearer Jonathon Heidenreich, Ushers Danny Stamm and Dennis Feltes, Maid of Honor Emily Green, Best Man Andrew Downer, Bridesmaids, Maddie Heidenreich, Mollie Heidenreich, Katy Westell, and Mindy Colbert, Groomsmen include James Koers, Swayze Putnam, Andrew Jaffe, and Jeff Westell.
Our reception is immediately following at the Indiana State Museum in downtown Indianapolis. Our menu includes Hunter Salad, Lemon Basil Chicken, Red Potatoes, and Green Beans. Our dessert is a marble cake! We hope for a great night of dinner, dancing, and socializing with our friends and family members!
Our flight out to Jamaica is at 7:30 in the morning on August 31, 2008. We are staying at the Sandals Royal Carribbean in Montego Bay. Hopefully the forecast calls for sun! We hope to share all of the details when we get home! We return to Indy on September 8, 2008.
We just want to thank our family first and foremost for giving us the opportunity to have a beautiful wedding to remember! Without you, this all could have never have been possible! And to all our friends who have been there through the good, the bad, the stress, and the planning....although Magen claims she was never a bridezilla! In our lives, those closest to us have made us realize that true love is hard to find. We are excited to see everyone and are more excited that you have chosen to take part in our special day! Thank you all so much!
