Anna Mooney & Hank Eakle
Our Story
In 2003, Anna and Hank met through mutual friends while attending college in Okmulgee. Not what you would call "love at first sight", but the two became close. They took road trips with no destination (Anna might have gotten them lost a time or two), Hank took her to the Orpheum Theatre on college night and even scored a 'failure to make a complete stop' ticket on the way to help her move. It was a sad day, to say goodbye, but they remained in close contact through phone calls and occasional visits. Hank began his HVAC career in Tulsa and Anna returned to her home town where Arianna entered their lives. Hank even sent Anna a dozen roses for her first Mothers Day shortly after Arianna was born. Anna visited Hank in Tulsa and he visited her in Wilburton, where they actually shared their first kiss. Not what either would call the romantic kiss you daydream about, but at least they can laugh about it now. ; *
Over the next three years, Hank moved to Dallas and the phone calls became few and far between. Anna was finishing her Associate’s degree in Wilburton where she also cheered with Crystal Basden, a former schoolmate of Hank's. Anna and Crystal moved to McAlester and soon, Anna was befriending many of Hank's former classmates. Before you knew it, the two were reunited and it wasn't long before their friendship sparked a love that has withstood time, long distance and rising gas prices. : ) Thanks to a Cross Canadian Ragweed concert and Hank's cousin Rusty, the couple became official on July 15, 2006.
Anna and Arianna are currently living in Durant, OK, where Anna recently graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communication - Advertising and Public Relations. Hank is living and working for a successful HVAC company in Dallas, Texas. The new family (to be) will reside in Dallas, but have plans to eventually return to the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Hank is the son of Arlanda and Janet Eakle of Quinton, OK. Anna is the daughter of Hank Mooney of Wilburton, and Susan Parisi of OKC, OK.
Our Wedding
On June 18, 2009 at 4:00pm, Hank and Anna have chosen to marry each other on the white, sandy beaches of Ochos Rios, Jamaica. They will enjoy luxurious accommodations at the Couples Isle Tower, all adult, all inclusive resort, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The couple will be staying in an ocean view room and enjoy spa treatments, a superior 18 hole golf course, horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling, catamaran rides, tours, fine dining and much more! Their special day will include spa treatments for both, a minister, music, a unity candle, tropical flowers and an exquisite background for pictures and their first kiss as man and wife. After the nuptials, the newlyweds will enjoy a toast on the beach, a two-tear wedding cake, a special dinner and "Just Married!" tee-shirts.
Our Reception
Hank and Anna will be having a pre-wedding reception/shower on June 12, 2009. The event will be held at the Southeast Expo Center Rm 101 in McAlester, OK at 7:00p.m. Dinner will be served, dancing, music, cake, refreshments, favors and more! The couple is registered online and in store at Walmart, Target, JC Pennys and the registry link above. All friends and family are invited to celebrate!

Travel Arrangements
Hank and Anna will fly to Montego Bay, Jamaica on June 16, and return to their new home together in Dallas on June 21.
A Special Message From Us
First, we would like to tell our friends and family how much we love you all. We are thankful for all of your love and support throughout our lives and wouldn't be where we are today without you. We wish you all could be there.... but we'll take lots of pictures! ; )
We feel very blessed for this day to come and can't wait to share our lives together! We thank God for all of the blessings he has so graciously bestowed upon us and we have faith he'll continue to bless our new family.
