John took me back to the place where we had our first date--Red Door Escape Room. This time our game was more challenging than the first time around. During the intense mystery solving game, in which it seemed we would never solve all the clues in time, I managed to use a combination to unlock a metal wall cabinet. Much to my surprise there was a special message just for me..."Will you marry me?" When I turned around, my wonderful John was down on one knee asking me himself while holding out a beautiful ring. Of course I said "YES!" Then, we continued solving the game until we were freed from the locked rooms. Afterwards, we celebrated with a wonderful Italian meal and champagne.
