Lodging

We have rented out a mansion in Covington Georgia where the wedding ceremony and reception will be held. This is a 10 bedroom house it accomodates 60-90 people. There is 3 houes on the premises. We cannot guarantee every family will have a private room, but there will be plenty of space for everyone who chooses to stay there. Food and activities will be provided for the weekend stay. The property is booked from July 2nd after 3:00P.M. until July 5th at 12:00 Noon. If you are planning on joining us for this stay, please contact the bride, groom or our event planner for more details.                                     Child Care

A licensed, child care professional is being hired for the night of Friday, July 3rd for the rehearsal activites and the bachelorette/bachelor parties as well as supervision of any minors after the reception and fireworks display so that the adults may enjoy the festivities. There will be a designated children's area where games, movies and kid-appropriate activites. Bedtime for the minors will be no later than 10 P.M., supervised by a private nanny. We are asking guests traveling with minors to give us prior notice of their children's special needs and food allergies.
