Reception
Immediately following the ceremony, head one floor up to the Grand Ballroom for dinner, drinks, and dancing.  Dinner will be served around 7:00.

Salad course 
Little Gem salad with Dates, Pickled Red Onions, Truffle Goat Cheese, Ricotta Salata, Fennel Pollen and White Balsamic Vinaigrette

On your RSVP card, please indicate plated entree preference for each guest:
*Braised Beef Short Rib with a Bordelaise Sauce, served with Garlic Whipped Potato Puree, Sauteed Spinach & Leeks
*Marinated Supreme Chicken Breast with a Lemon Caper Vinaigrette, served with Garlic Whipped Potato Puree, Sauteed Spinach & Leeks
*Vegetarian option of Ricotta and Fresh Herb Stuffed Manicotti Shells baked with White Wine Marinara, Fresh mozzarella, Basil Pesto and Balsamic
 

Dessert


Enjoy your own cupcake-sized pie from Happy Chicks bakery.  There will be a viariey of seasonal flavors to choose from, and all pies are vegan friendly!

Open Bar from around 6:30-10:30 includes beer, wine, and liquor.

Dancing


We booked the best band around.  The amazing talent of Jackie Chitwood, Brad Meyers, Steve Goers, Adam Wheeler will give us tunes to dance the night away.
