Welcome

When we built this website, we gave it a limit as to how much you can write, so anyone that knows us knows that our story is way too long after all these years to write about! "Our story" now is that we are two of the happiest and most fortunate people in the world. We have such a great relationship because we take every opportunity to live life to the fullest and we truly love the same things our children, our friends, our work, traveling, great food and good wine (actually, we love a good drink of any kind now and then.) There isn't a day that goes by that we aren't grateful for everything in our lives.

Turns out our wedding was quite an adventure! Not what we had planned it to be thanks to Hurricane Dean (who invited him anyway?) We did finally have the ceremony at sunset on August 22nd, 2007, 2 days later than we had orignially planned at Couples Swept Away. Thank you to everyone who braved the storm with us, to everyone who re-arranged their trips to make it to the wedding and to everyone who was worried about us. You can see the ceremony at www.negrilweddings.com/cornwell

The reception will be in San Diego on September 22nd, 2007 beginning at 5:30pm. Since not everyone can come to Jamaica, we're bringing Jamaica back to San Diego and throwing a Jamaican Beach Party! It's going to be very casual attire with steel drums playing, kegs of red stripe, rum punch, rum glazed plantains, and rum cake, etc... so you may want to plan on staying the night near by. Due to limited space (and a large swimming pool) we are having an "adults only" reception. Also, ladies it's on the grass so wearing heels could prove tricky. This wedding has been many, many, many, years in the making so we are going to CELEBRATE! Address is: 4730

Avion Way, San Diego CA 92115 - after a hot summer it's supposed to be chilly so bring a sweater.

Even though Hurricane Dean put a damper on our ceremony originally, we were able to reschedule for two days later and had 66 people fight to get to Jamaica for our beautiful Sunset Ceremony. We will never forget that evening from the ceremony on the beach as the sun set , to drinks, dinner and an evening of dancing - it was a magical event! We are looking forward to a honeymoon (without any natural disasters) at Royal Lahaina in Maui and Namale Resort in Fiji. We are very fortunate to have a full home and we have been given so much in our own lives, we wanted to include some ways to help others on our registry. Thank you all so much for sharing this time with us. The kindness of everyone has been so overwhelming and there are no words to express how much we appreciate you all!
