I haven't stopped beaming or staring at my left hand since May 10, 2012! And I've been floating around on air ever since. 

Lance planned an impromptu last night on the town in Chicago as I was preparing to make my move to Dallas to be closer together. He took me to Sixteen Restaurant located on the 16th floor in Trump Tower. It's absolutely my favorite view in all of Chicago. There are the most stunning views of the city such as the timeless Wrigley Clock, beautiful Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and all of the incredible architecture. 

After ordering cocktails, Lance proposed that we toast to our night out. He told me to look at the time on the Wrigley Clock and asked me to remember this time and day. Lance then got down on one knee and said the sweetest things to me, but the only words I truly remember are "Will You Marry Me!" Of course, I said yes! and some gentlemen sitting next to us bought us champagne to celebrate!

After saying yes, we continued our night on the town and enjoyed an amazing dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, the Pump Room, in the Gold Coast.
