| | | Joe and I each decided to give online dating a try. Turns out, it was a good decision for both of us! We met each other for the first time at The Claddaugh Irish Pub on April 23, 2008 and have been together ever since.
We love going out to eat, going to the Indianapolis Art Museum, going to movies, and spending cozy nights to ourselves.
After the wedding we plan on buying our first home together and welcoming a bulldog puppy into our lives. | | The week of surprises started with a really sweet card hidden inside my laptop, right where I would find it. The following night I came home to beautiful flowers waiting for me. The next night, Joe told me there was another surprise hidden somewhere in the apartment: it was a box of Godiva Dark Chocolates! That Friday night, the surprise was dinner at our favorite restaurant: Miyagi's.
After a week full of surprises, Joe ended the week with a bang: by proposing to me on a picnic at The Indianapolis Museum of Art.
| | The wedding will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Indianapolis, the church that Joe and I attend. We both decided we wanted the full nuptial mass since we are both Catholic.
It will be an elegant, intimate family ceremony in the church we call home.
| | Joe and I knew we wanted to go to Florida for our honeymoon, and what better place than Key West!
We have The Starr Suite reserved: a one bedroom unit complete with kitchen, king size bed, and private courtyard with jacuzzi. What more could a newly married couple ask for? Like they say on the website, it's "Steps from Duval but away from it all!"
While in Key West, Joe and I plan on going on a sunset dinner cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, eating lots of great food, relaxing on the beach, and enjoying each other's company. We also plan on taking advantage of the concierge services that are offered - which includes in-room massages. Yes, please! | | Joe and I would like to thank you for all your love and support. Each and every one of you have made a remarkable positive difference in our lives. Thank you for visiting our wedding website and honeymoon registry. You have all blessed our lives and we are ever grateful for that. |
