Soon there will be two less fish in the sea...

 

A celebration is coming. We're tying the knot!

 

It started with a spelling error and turned into a love story. Thanks to COVID-19, Shawn and I were both working remotely, relying on websites to reach new people. One fall day, Shawn texted me, and autocorrect didn't save him, but it was just the humor that was needed to break the ice! As we talked, we found things we both loved, from wearing nerdy socks to reading nerdy books to playing nerdy games. We were basically just two big nerds that fell for each other. 

After a few dates, we were inseparable and the last two years have been like a dream. From game nights to vacations, we've enjoyed blending our beautiful families, and look forward to making many more memories together.

Since our engagement, things have been a complete whirlwind with all of the wedding planning and figuring out how to combine households (2 kids, 1 dog, 5 cats, a turtle and a crab), but we’re so excited for the next chapter of our lives.
