Miami International Airport is the best airport for traveling to Miami. The best time to purchase plane tickets for a domestic trip is usually about 75 days before your departure date. Please keep in mind that most guests will be arriving the day before the wedding, on Saturday, March 2nd, so plan your travel accordingly.

Hotels

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami Airport for our guests at a discounted rate. Please reference the group code "GCW" (for Grant-Cummings Wedding) when making your reservations. Kindly reserve your room by January 31, 2024 Double Room - 2 Queen Suite: $220 for single/double occupancy. For triple/quad rates, there is an additional $10.00 per person. All guestrooms on property have a pull out sofa bed in the living room area. Guestrooms can fit a maximum of 5 people. Concessions included: Discounted self-parking for group attendees of $10.00 per vehicle per night. Complimentary guestroom wi-fi for all groups attendees. 24/7 access to fitness center. CEREMONY PARKING: There is a Parking Garage available at the port for guests who are driving. Rate: $22.00/day • All facilities are patrolled by security • Garage Parking / Parking Lot #2 (an open, outdoor lot) • Accepted forms of payment: Cash (USD), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or any major U.S Traveler’s Check. Debit Cards are not accepted. • No advance reservations are required • Designated disabled permit parking spaces are available in each garage • Spaces are available for oversized vehicles in Parking Lot #2 only, across from Cruise Terminal E. Vehicles longer than 20’ are charged an additional $22.00
