 You ladies...ARE AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!!! We started out shopping for the day, ...yesss!!!! haha Got some good deals! I remembered the slogan "Attatck, Attack, full prices are for losers!" Got some good deals!!! The whole time thinking I was there just being with the ladies celebrating a special firends B-day! Then Texas road House came ;) mmm steak and lots of friends and family with an absolute amzing suprise! You ladies are sneaky! Then off to the motel for toasts and getting bedazzeled! Then out on the town! Thanks for a great time!!! Love you all! I am getting pumped for the wedding!!!!! I am getting married! I am going to write my name Mrs. Holman!!! wow ;) That's the wow factor baby! haha Today, Paula, my momma, Heather, and Joce came over to help with some more projects. Jason also worked on some in the garage. Not too much more to go and we are done. Feels good to be one step closer. Just waiting for my college semester to be finished for some free time to complete everything. I am getting anxious for our wedding event. Sometimes it seems so unreal that it's so close.  Thank you everyone who created my bridal shower and who attended. For those who were not able to attend I know you were still with me in thoughts. The shower was just amazing from the special people who shared in the event, to the decor. There were misc. flower stickers and a special chair decorated just for me! A slideshow of pictures was put to music, thanks Heather ;) That was so neat! Still can't believe everyone's favorite picture is the curly sue hair! I also loved the poster boards filled with pictures of friends and family; old dancing days with my brothers and me polishing my junior dragster. Can't forget the pic of my dads hippie hair as he called it ;) Jason wants to bring the pictures to The Merrill House to share! My momma ordered a special cake from the baker making our wedding cake. That was nice because we got to test taste her cake! However, the wedding cake will have additions... I was so amazed and appreciative of everyone's generosity of gifts. Thanks you so much, you are all so very sweet! Jason was like a kid in the candy store when we got home! A man and household gadgets, too funny! This was an amazing shower, both Jason and I feel so spoiled with everyone's love. I can't wait to start cooking with the new recipes! What a great theme, I just loved it!!! Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice! Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!! The ring bearer pillow was sewed together today. I love all of the homemade crafts that have been completed for the wedding. Feels more personalized.  Another amazing day!!! I couldn't ask for more wonderful people in my life! You are all just amazing! The projects that we are working on are coming out great! We celebrated today's tasks with a corned beef dinner and green beer! yum! The sewing machine is giving us a headache so there is still more to do. Which only means more great moments with the ones I love! Im thinking of getting together again on April 23! More of the boys got fitted for their tuxes today! They were all smiles! It was nice to see a few of them gather to get this done. Only three more to get fitted now including the ring bearer! Then they all have to visit one more time for the final fitting that week. They are going to look so handsome!  I feel a little anxious tonight, though I am not exactly sure why. When I was talking with Jason tonight, I mentioned there was only roughly 3 more months until the wedding! It just seems so soon! I know all will be completed when the big day comes but for some reason this doesn't settle me very much. I am so thankful that I have such a great support system around me! You are all have big hearts and give without asking for anything in return. Thank you for being there for us! I am looking forward to gathering again on March 19th and enjoying some green food and drink ;) We received some responses from the invitations we mailed!!! That was fun!  Today, many ladies joined me in wedding activities. Heather and Jessica modeled their dresses, so pretty!!! All the ladies are going to look great! The invitations are ready to be mailed, no turning back after that, hehe ;) Just enjoy the ride! All of the vases have been cleaned and the twine tied, they look so good! Just a few more vases to go and we should have them all. The eating utensils have been wrapped and many more ideas were discussed. More to go but, I'm happy to what has been done so far. I love getting together with everyone. Thanks for coming over. I could not be where I am at without all of you! Next time I hope to gather friends and family is hopefully middle of March.  January 15 the ladies all ordered their bridesmaid dresses! Lauren even has pockets to hold my lip gloss ;) The ladies are going to look great! After their appointment, I had an appointment to try on my dress after having the bussel altered. The dress fit perfect and didn't need any other alterations. I cried when they told me I could take it home. The dress is completed! After Davids Bridal, we then ate at Bugaboo creek for lunch and cocktails and then hit the OPT for a few more! This day couldn't have been more smooth! The ladies rocked picking out their dresses and I am excited to see them when they come in. The day was full of laughs and excitement was in the air! Next, Feb 5 some family and friends are joining at my house to work on a few wedding projects. I am looking forward to being together with everyone once again!!! I'm getting excited! |
