Over ninety percent of you already know me, so I will keep this short.

I was born in Chicago where I attended grade school and high school. I briefly attended nursing school, and when that didn’t work out, I just continued to work at various jobs.

In 1991 I moved to Miami to work for a telecommunications company. In late 1994 I returned to Chicago and after several years, eventually began working for my current employer. In 2007 I transferred to Florida as a Field Representative.

And here I am still in sunny Florida!

Overy ninety percent of you don't know me, so I will expound on myself just a little.

Hi, I'm Lennis Lamar Davis, Sr. I am the father of five adult children and have seven grand children. I was born in St. Augustine, Florida under the astrological sign of Cancer.

During my senior year of high school, I enlisted in the U. S. Navy and attended basic training at Orlando, Florida. My first assignment was aboard a submarine tender at Holy Loch, Scotland, then a destroyer homeported at Norfolk, Virginia. During my time in the Navy I was blessed to visit many European countries and ancient historical sites.

Following my four year tour in the Navy, I returned home to St. Augusitne. After approximately eight months, I enlisted in the U. S. Coast Guard where I served for 16 years, until my retirement in 1997. My Coast Guard assignments were mostly shore stations in Washington, D.C., New York City, Cape Canaveral, Florida (ship), Miami, Florida, and Key West, Florida.

After retiring from the military, I again returned home to St. Augustine. Over the next 15 years I worked as a Priority Mail processor, truck driver, security officer and hospital patient transporter. In December 2012 I relocated to Palm Beach County where I'm employed at a local hospital.

I think that pretty much sums me up.
