For booking a room you can either:
Call the Double Tree Hotel at (919)-828-0811 and ask for the "St. Germain Vasilik block"
****UPDATE (5/18/2015)**** There are no more rooms available on our block. However, I just looked on expedia for the 19th and 20th and the rate is $117. The Holiday Inn is 1 min driving distance from the reception and is $116 a night, also on expedia.
