The story of how we met is not a lengthy tale. We met in a way that is more organic than Alexxy's eating habits :). When you are young I don't really know if you understand the important role friendship plays in love. As a young adult you start to formulate your idea of the world hastily, and those ideas are backed up by a fairly misplaced sense of confidence. When we met we were young, and I don't know if either of us ever realized what we were really getting into. Being so young, and still having so much growing to do definitely did not make it an easy journey, but I think I speak for both of us when I say it made the journey worth while. We appreciate it that much more because we found friendship in our love, and grew up together enjoying the journey towards maturity. That's why I will never forget the nights I spent in the summer of 2008 getting to know my friend's cousin. We spent a lot of time that summer flirting and talking about nothing, and I loved every second of it. I fell in love before I knew what love was because we found it together.
