Bride

I remember meeting Paul in the back of our Beverly Center store and just thinking what a typical LA boy he was. He gave me his number on two different occasions and I FINALLY decided to call. After a failed attempt of hanging at a club, we went to a bar, 'Little Rock', mind you, I drove 20 minutes outside town and then he was 15 minutes late. We ended up having a great time, and just telling him mostly about my relationship with God, and seeing if he would run or not. He didn't and asked me out again, and again, and again. Persistence is key, and I truly was swept off my feet!

Groom

Working at Apple then, was pretty boring, and uneventful until I met the love of my life. I walked into work one day, and saw two new people, both of which were girls, but noticed Ali immediately, probably due to her fiery looking hair, which by the way is one of my favorite features of her. I knew then and there, something was different with her, and I needed to know!

I tried a numerous amount of times to get her to hang out with me, but I could tell she wasn't having it, which was most likely due to my hollywood, douchey type vibe (I don't blame her). Finally, one afternoon while we were working together, I figured I would give it one last chance, so I asked her out to a club on Saturday. She said yea that would be fun, plus its somewhere to go for her friend whom was celebrating her birthday that evening, and they were a group of girls in a birthday brigade, and the club was a perfect place to be at that night.

The night of going to the club, I ended up waiting for her downstairs to greet her and her friends because she had texted me saying she was there, and I was trying to make a good first impression. She and her friends entered, waved and said hello, then walked right past me upstairs, into the club area. It was kind of awkward, but I just went with the flow. We did not end up really hanging out at all that night, and I was kind of bummed about it, but I asked her out again on Monday.

She showed me a lot of grace because Monday night, I was actually 15 minutes late to our "First Date", which was a terrible first impression, especially due to the fact it was a bar, and she is a gorgeous and tiny woman. I apologized quite a few times for my tardiness, and she forgave me, Thank GOD! We got to talking about life and God, and she figured I would run like the rest of them, when God is brought up, but I didn't. It was a magical, and enlightening conversation that sparked the everlasting love we will have for the rest of our lives...
