The options are: Chicken Cordon Bleu (Hand-cooked chicken stuffed with prosciutto, Havarti cheese and honey mustard and covered in cream sauce.) Roasted Pork Loin (Slow Roasted pork with warm peach salsa served on the side) Citrus Seared Cod (Pan-seared cod served with fresh, homemade fruit salsa.)
