HOTEL: Hard Rock hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico

We arranged Transportation to hotel from Cancun Intl airport on a private shuttle $200 for up to 8 passengers (25person) must coordinate with Jerry at travel company to ensure you ride with other wedding guests.

Flight (see below) can be booked by you on-line for whichever airline or book through Jerry.

Once airline tickets are issued, they are non-refundable and subject to the rules of the airline.  No airline allows name changes.  Airline tickets must be paid in full to be confirmed.  Names provided must appear exactly as they appear on your passport (no nicknames).

Deposit Information

A deposit of $150 per person or $300 per room (whichever is higher) is required to confirm your accommodations. The deposit is due no later than November 15, 2016.  Final payment is due January 11, 2017.  We are happy to set up monthly payment plans for the land portion of the trip.

Hotel cancellation information

You may cancel your rooms prior to December 10, 2016 with no penalty.

Any cancellation between December 10, 2016 until January 21, 2017, the deposit  is non-refundable.

Any Cancellation between January 22, 2017 until March 4, 2017, 50% of hotel cost is nonrefundable.

Any Cancellation between March 5th until the day of travel, 100% of the trip cost is nonrefundable. No refund will be provided

Proof of Citizenship
