Both of us have family and friends traveling to be with us on our special day. We know that some of you will be embarking on a road trip and some of you will be coming by plane. We have reserved rooms at the Double Tree by Hilton in Del Mar for friends and family, which is close to both our ceremony (10 minutes) and reception (20 minutes).  The hotel has kindly offered a daily rate of $129 + 12.59% tax for a standard Double Queen Beds or King Bed with Soda Sleeper pullout.  The group rate will be honored 2 days prior and 2 days after our wedding date, September 14, 2013, based on availability.

To obtain this rate, reservations must be made by August 13, 2013 by calling the hotel directly 858-481-5900 or the group sales department 858-764-0261.  When you call, mention the “Felipe & Gagel Wedding”.  After August 13, 2013, the group rate will be honored based on availability.
