It's in the middle of nowhere!!!

I know where we are getting married is a little off the beaten path. But that being said there is still places to stay for any of our out of town guest.

In Oakland Mississippi where we will be getting married there are two options for room rentals..cabin rentals. George P Cossar State Park does have cabins avaliable for rent. You have the option of 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom cabin. 

1 bedroom cabins - $75.00 a night

2 bedroom cabins - $85.00 a night

as of June 27 there were 4 cabins still avaliable. If you do plan on staying at one of the cabins I do have pictures. There is no pictures on the website so the kids and I drove down to get pictures for everyone.

The other option that will be close will be at the exit for Oakland there is 1 cabin avaliable to rent. I do believe it is $100.00 a night.

The cabin is a 2 bedroom and living room/kitchen. I was told it sleeps 6 but a air mattress will fit to be able to sleep more.

There are a few surrounding towns that have mulitiple hotels to stay in, they are all 30-45 minutes away from the venue.
