We have booked our 75' house boat to be at one of our favorite getaways, Lake Powell!  We will be on board The Excursion for our Private ceremony from August 28th thru September 3rd. The boat will be taken to a magnificent and secluded camp destination on the lake and will remain there for the entire trip.  This is the special place that Michael and I have chosen to exchange our wedding vows. The exact date and time will be determined once we have settled on the Lake. 

  Lake Powell is where Michael has always loved to escape to, and I'll never forget how excited he was to introduce it to me. Of course with all of Lake Powell's natural beauty, I fell in love instantly! We have spent much time there together enjoying wakeboarding, sunbathing, cruising around the lake, climbing and exploring indian ruins, laying under the night sky and watching shooting stars, and on some trips...pulling the kids on the big tube and watching them fly off!

It only made sense to choose this as our wedding destination. We are very excited about our wedding in Lake Powell and can't wait to take the plunge!

If you will be attending the wedding, you will want to arrive on Wed. August 26, 2015 to give yourself time for travel by car to Lake Powell, Utah.  Lake Powell is a remote part of Utah. 70 miles from the closest town of Hanksville, Utah. There are only 2 hotels close enough to Lake Powell if you need to stay over Thursday night before arriving at Bullfrog Marina Friday morning.
