Bride

I was born and raised in Westville, Illinois. I grew up as an only child to my mother, Angel James. After high school, I attended Illinois State University for 3 years where I received my Bachelor's degree. While at Illinois State I was the social chair and president of the largest sorority on campus, Epsilon Sigma Alpha, we had 300 members. ESA did many volunteer activities, but our biggest organization to help with was St. Jude. Since we raise so much money for St. Jude, we get the opportunity every year to tour St. Jude. During that trip in May 2010, I was offered a job in Memphis, TN and was supposed to start two weeks later. So when I returned home, my mom and I made a trip back to Memphis to look for housing. Unfortunately, out of the 20 apartments that I found online, most were in pretty scary neighborhoods. So, mom said let me show you Nashville, it is way nicer. While in Nashville, I applied for jobs and got one. So I moved here in June 2010. That job did not work out, but I met a few people and received a job at iostudio. I worked there for 3 years and recently accepted a position with Des-Case in December 2013. In February 2011, I bought my first house. Then one year later, February 2012, I began dating the man of my dreams. Russell and I have became best friends since then. We got engaged on October 21, 2012 at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens in Nashville. The rest is history, we began planning our wedding and honeymoon. We hope that you can share in this special time with us and celebrate the next chapter of our lives.

Groom

Hello, I'm Russell, born and raised in Nashville, Tennesse. I love this place, I couldn't imagine calling anywhere else home. I grew up with my grandparents in Donelson, a suburb of Nashville. I lived with them until I was  16, then I moved in with my dad. After graduating high school I moved to Fairview, Tennesse to take a job doing construction. Quickly I realized that was not my calling. When looking for other career options I was recruited by an independent phone retailer. I'm naturally gifted in sales and I love technology so this was perfect for me, unfortunately the company was not. Luckily I met Deidre Morgan who helped me get a job with T-Mobile Corporate. I worked there for five years when I sold a phone to a manager at Dell computers. He was impressed with my sales skills and personality. Because of this he offered me a job working for him at Dell. Now I am an Account Manager at Dell located at the Nashville Campus. I love working for a company that not only pays for performance but encourages career growth. Anyways, I was at the grocery store and I met a really pretty girl named Kaileigh. Now we're getting married. What else is there to say?
