Kalie is my sister and best friend. It took us a little time to get here, but I wouldn't trade my relationship with her for anything - she will always be my little sister even though sometimes the rolls are reversed and she looks out for me. This day would not be complete without her there beside me to dry my tears, tell me to check myself, and mind all the little details. She has a crazy sense of humor that brings out the best in me and I look forward to her forcing me to bust out some dance moves!

Cami is one of my longest, truest friends. She is my rock and my sounding board and she keeps me grounded while still smiling, passing me a glass of wine and saying in a perfectly devine French accent: "C'est la vie!" She has been there for me through the worse parts of my life and through it all was my rock - she kept me sane and helped me accept myself for who I am and I cannot imagine my life without this strong, amazing woman.

Destiny is my battle buddy, no questions asked. The ying to my yang, the whiskey to my wine. I know that I can always count on her in a pinch. The longer we've been friends, the more we find we have in common and it only strengthens the bond that we share. Straight talk or giggling ourselves to death, Destiny has always been my ear and I am so blessed to have had her come into my life!

Tico is my cousin, but has always felt like a long distance big brother. I’ve always looked up to him and he’s usually the first one I call when I’m in a life changing situation, like getting married. Sometimes what makes us great isn’t glorified accomplishments, but hard work, love, and putting others first. Tico’s character is what makes him great and I am lucky to have him in my life. I can think of no one better to be my best man.

“Big Mike” is not only my coach and my team mate, but he’s one of my closest friends. I can always go to him for help both on and off the field. He’s competitive by nature, but has a gentle side for his family and closest friends. I can honestly say there is no one else I’d rather play with, both win or lose. You will always get his 100%. I hope I get the opportunity to continue playing ball with Mike until our dying days.

Damien is one of my oldest friends and has stuck with me through the ages. He’s not afraid to tell it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat anything. You know his advice is from the heart and he can always be trusted. Damien is the guy that could sell ice to an Eskimo, but the Eskimo probably needed it anyways. The world needs more friends like Damien who will be brutally honest, but will always place your interests first. I’m proud to have Damien by my side.
