September - 2006 - Lela and I found each other through Yahoo Personals.

October to January - We talked online - we have yet to meet!!!

Febuary 15th 2007 - I finally convince Lela to talk to me on the phone and meet me for drinks. The moment I laid eyes on her I knew that I would be spending the rest of my life with her.

March 2nd, 2007 - We made it official!!!!

Lela to me is kind, loving, fun, outgoing, laid back and just the better part of me. Not only am I luck to become a husband to this amazing woman but also to have the coolest kid in the world as my Step-Son and Lego Buddy!!!

I would have to say that the most amazing thing about Lela is that no matter what we do we have fun together. We have been together for 5years and every time I see her I fall in love all over again and can not wait till June 23rd.

 

Lela's Two Cents (for what it is worth)- 

Well, in truth, I should be thanking Yahoo Personals because I did meet a great guy online and I am happy to say that I am more in love with him now than ever.

The best parts about Dan are what makes him different from me, and what drives me crasy sometimes :)- He is carefree, happy, and always has a positive attitude. Dan is a bit of a dreamer- this is a great balance to my jaded, realistic personality. Dan makes me laugh and always keeps me from being too serious.

I am most in love with the fact that Dan loves me and my son Garrett unconditionally. It is nice to know that someone loves you no matter what, thinks you are perfect, and that you can do no wrong in their eyes- especially when you are spending the REST OF YOUR LIFE with them.

I am excited for the wedding, our trip, and to become Mrs. Mullen!
